Log into your Customer portal.
Click on your NIRA Pro+ Laser subscription.
Select "Cancel Subscription."
Once you initiate the cancellation, we will provide you with a prepaid return label and pause any future subscription payments for seven (7) days to allow time for you to return the device.
Returning Your Device
Follow the provided return instructions to complete the process.
Use the original packaging in which your order was delivered to ensure safe return shipping and to avoid fees.
If the device is not returned within the given timeframe, your subscription payments will resume as usual.
If you have already returned the device but were still charged, please contact us for assistance.
