You must use the original packaging your order was delivered in. If you no longer have it, we can send you empty packaging for a fee. We ask that you keep your original packaging when your order is delivered.
After your cancellation is initiated, you will receive an email with instructions to prepare and repackage your item for return. Please note that it is your responsibility to properly pack the item to avoid a damage fee if it doesn’t reach us safely. We will not accept waiting for the delivery of empty packaging as a reason to excuse an upcoming billing date if you are in the process of canceling.
Please be aware of the following fees if you return your FRENZ Brainband with missing accessories:
$5 for missing charging cable and screwdriver
$2 for missing silk bag
$23 for missing box
$30 for missing box and all accessories
