Please contact us as soon as possible by chatting with us below or sending an email to support@fragile.co. If we are able to cancel your order prior to your package shipping out, there is a great chance we can provide a full refund. The deadline for this is usually on business days at a certain time (timezone dependent) in the afternoon. After this, some fee will likely be required due to the substantial costs incurred, but we will work with you to offer the best resolution we can.
