What happens if my item is lost, stolen, or destroyed?

Please contact us as soon as possible so we can help in any way we are able to. In general, you are responsible for the safekeeping of the product so an unreturned device fee will apply to cancel your subscription or get a replacement if we do not get the original product back. If your product is stolen, a serious crime has occurred and you should file a police report. Then you will be eligible for a replacement after paying a deductible.
