There are several reasons why an order would not pass review:
If you did not complete the verification step after placing your order, we cannot approve your order.
We require traditional payment methods such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
We currently only support the contiguous United States (not including Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories).
If your order was declined then you are welcome to place a new order, making sure to meet all of these requirements. If it was still declined, then it was likely due to our assessment of standard risk factors, a common practice for high value products. As stated in our Subscription Agreement, we reserve the right to cancel subscriptions at any time. You are always welcome to purchase the product instead.
