Subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time but un-used time cannot be refunded. For new orders that we are able to cancel before shipping, we may offer a refund. The setup fee may not be refunded if logistics costs were already incurred. The transfer time of refunds depends on your bank, but funds are generally available within 7-10 days. Refunds are returned to the payment method used to place the order.
