What happens if my item is lost, stolen, or destroyed?

Please contact us as soon as possible so we can explore available options. In general, you are responsible for the safekeeping of the product, so an unreturned device fee may apply to cancel your subscription or receive a replacement. If your product is stolen, a serious crime has occurred—please file a police report. In this case you may still be eligible for a replacement and you may be responsible for a deductible payment.
