If you lose your packaging, a fee may apply to send you empty packaging if you need to return your item.
If you return your item with severe damage due to gross negligence or abuse, a damage fee may apply.
If you fail to return an item, an unreturned device fee may apply.
If your item is stolen, a deductible may be required along with a police report.
